EVERY DETAIL MATTERS. Much care is put into personally packaging each and every order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to accommodate and prepare an order. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days from the date it is shipped. If your package does happen to arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will be more than happy to replace any damaged items.

Orders can be canceled at any time at our discretion if pricing was incorrect or if the shipping address is not authorized or reliable. Please read our Return/Exchange Policy below if any other issues occur.
WAA puts TWINLOVE and care into packaging each and every order. You are receiving handcrafted pieces, some of which are one-of-a-kind and may have small imperfections. If something you receive happens to arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement of the damaged item(s).
- You will have 48 hours after delivery to notify us of any dissatisfaction with your purchase.
- Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer and items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and we will provide an exchange or store credit.
- You will be refunded for the item only once the return has made it back to us.
- Returns must be received in new condition - unworn. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to refusal.
- If you are simply interested in exchanging your item for another size, please feel free to contact us.
- Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Please Note: During the holiday seasons shipping could take up to 10 days. If you need your goodies sooner, please leave us a note at checkout to notify us. We will try our hardest and let you know ASAP if we are able to accommodate your request.
