Ingredients
- 2 cups amaranth or teff flour
- 1 cup tapioca or potato starch
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Store in airtight container, and use in place of whole-wheat flour, or use to replace up to half of the all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour blend in your favorite baking recipes.
